"Signs of Spring" by Lawrence Baker is this season's featured painting.  Painted in 1983, this oil painting is of two lovers holding hands walking down the railroad tracks.   The melting snow is typical of New England this time of year.  Lawrence's talent and style of taking subjects from different places and combining them into one painting is evident here.  The old train station is in Weston, MA, and one of the subjects is actually me!   We posed in Waltham, MA by balancing on a driveway and curb to get the heights right.   This print is available through our affiliate at American Frame.  Other paintings are available through our gallery.   Enjoy.
